Quick update, in case anyone reads this anymore :)

So yesterday I had my normal 3 month re-check at doctor's office, and that would be about 2 months after I started my new way of eating.

I am officially 24 pounds lighter on the scale at my doctor's and she has even halved my dosage of Simvastatin (for high cholesterol.)

She and I are both quite pleased. :)
